Been living here for 2 years and everything was fine until a month also when my sink was clogged and rooms were flooded. Landlord sent a plumber who said the pipe that broke has to be fixed by the association due to it being outside. Association has sent 3 plumbers for estimates and are denying all of there estimates because it’s too much. In the mean time I can’t use my sink and the floors of the guest room got ruined there for that room can’t be used.
