Amazing customer service upon ordering they sent me pics of the 4 in stock and let me pick one out. Shipping was quick and arrived in a well built wood box and wrapping. Will be ordering more in the future.
I can recommend this place 100% because they stand behind their service and their products. I had a slight problem with one of the newer chairs I had purchased and within minutes of sending them pictures they solved my problem on their dime in the name of as they put it, "we value you as a customer and your business and we want to make it right for you". I ordered a large , outdoor high top dining table for our home in Palm Springs. Price, delivery and product were top notch . After about 2 months we noticed the wood splitting on 2 stools. I asked for advice on a wood filler and they immediately sent out 2 new chairs! Haven’t seen old time customer service like that in a very long time…. Highest recommendation …….
