Great experience using Laplace Glassworks to repair a broken window. It was refreshing to talk to a live person instead of an automated system. They were on time, responsive and consultative, providing a variety of options. The crew that diagnosed and then installed the new window were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend! They replaced the shattered glass in our front door. The job came out great and was completed for what we thought was a reasonable price. The staff was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They were good communicators about what to expect as well as keeping us in the know of where things were in timeline of project completion.
