Food was ok. As others have mentioned, staff are quite rude. Asked for a white americano and a black americano and got told they are not starbucks... literally just wanted a coffee.
Staff were throwing ice at each other instead of serving customers. Then they started arguing about who should be at the cash register. What a joke of a business.
Unlike many of the other travellers have stated in the reviews, I had a remarkable experience at La Place today. After exhausting every other option available in order to meet my vegan/allergy requirements, a really kind team member named Harjo (apologies if I spelled it incorrectly), was not only helpful, but allowed me to read ingredients on things to ensure I was safe and satisfied. Not great....the food was fresh, just sort of tasteless.
