Questionable leadership
Would never work there again. Admin make decisions all on their own and leave staff in the dark. They took away our heaters and made us work in overwhelming cold for months. They fire their best staff and keep people who shouldn’t be there. Only positive of that place was clinical staff/providers. Hated it
Edit: The lab tech, who seems to be the only person dealing with every single patient who needs bloodwork, is patient, kind, and quick with a needle. Really excellent service. Deanna (I think?) in billing was able to help me deal with an annoying back-and-forth issue with my insurance company, and she always called me back even when I was frustrated.
