My pets are treated like a member of the family here The staff at this vets is great! They all really seem to care about my animals. The vets are nice and very knowledgeable. The exams are very thorough and they ask alot of questions. They always answer my questions, too. I don't usually have any problem getting an appointment. The prices are comparable to other offices.
Amazing. This place has serviced my family dogs for about ten years now and it continues to be amazing. They were so helpful when we had a dog pass away as well, and were very kind. They don't treat you or your animal like a product like I've noticed some other vets tend to do. The vet is amazing and my Labrador absolutely loves going to the vet. An excelent place to take your animals for care or grooming The people that run thehospital are very caring. They have never made me think of looking for another vet. They are a little less expensive then the ones in Bend,Oregon They just love making your animal well again. They are special becouse they can always get you in when you really need to see a vet. We have been taking our dog to LaPine Pet Hospital for about 10 years and have never had a complaint about them
♥♥♥♥♥ Having 3 dogs (2 of them senior-ish), I cannot count the times we've been to LPAH. I have been overwhelmed by the quality care our dogs have received. We've seen Dr. Gordon, Dr. Julee, Dr. Voyles- they've all been GREAT! I find that they are willing to take all the time I need to explain my dogs situation to me in detail. PAY ME OR THE ANIMAL DIES I WAS ENRAGED BY THEIR LACK OF COMPASSION FOR OUR ANIMAL'S EMERGENCY STATUS! Our puppy got a hold of DeCon rat poison and when we took her in for emergency treatment the Doctor insisted on receiving payment before an examination or emergency treatment could be administered. My family has been severely affected by the lack of employment opportunities in central Oregon and whipping out $120 for the animal's treatment was not an option. Dr. Gordon rocks! I consider Dr. Gordon an animal wisperer. He lets the dog tell him whats wrong. He somehow can read the signs. Our dog Casey once was laying on the floor just wimpering and shaking. We thought maybe he had been poisoned. Dr Gorden examines him and asks. Has Casey been swimming at the river? Yes. He hurt his back climbing out he says. I ask how in the heck do you know that?
