Such a wonderful studio! All the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The vibe was so welcoming my first time in and I immediately felt like I belonged here.

The whole staff has been wonderful. My daughter is recovering from a sports injury and Chris has been so helpful to get her the excersizes she needs to build her strength up. She is so knowledgeable about the muscles and what helps strengthen the body. I’m hesitant to give such a high review bc I don’t want the classes to be too big lol!
Great studio, clean, friendly, reformer machines are well kept and easy to use. Chris’ classes are amazing, she’s helpful and instructive, can’t recommend her enough. So happy to have found this place.
I have had two classes here so far and I loved it. The studio is clean and the music they play is good. The workouts with Jackie and Chris were great. I greatly appreciated the cues they give to remind us when/where to breathe, what part of the body we should be feeling the workout in, and the encouragement throughout the class. Can’t wait to take more classes and reach my health goals! Thanks LA Pilates
