La Pietra is a lovely operation, gorgeous stone and fantastic and meticulous staff, a true pleasure from start to finish!
I have used La Pietra for the last ten years or more i recently had them do my counter tops on a pavilion i just had built , I was told by one of their staff to have the grill put in before they install the counter tops so i did . I found that to be very odd i had said to them y would i have the grill put in before the countertops my contractor couldn’t believe it either so I had the grill put in . Although all we needed was a marble top to replace the broken top on an end table, Fatima instantly understood what sort of stone we would like and led us to it. The slab was ready in less than a week and looks wonderful. Believe me, if we need bathroom or kitchen renovation, we will return here.
We did a marble counter and backsplash for our kitchen. They had a great selection of stones which originally drew us to the storefront and lot. However the customer service and staff were also very pleasant. Erica, Paloma and Fatima went above and beyond to help with our deadline and order. Would definitely recommend.
By chance we passed La Pietra and decided to stop after striking out at few slab yards in the Danbury area. I'm so glad we did as they were an absolute pleasure to work with. We used them for kitchen counters in a small guest house renovation. From choosing the stone, getting accurate measurements of our space, signing off on the details, and final installation, it could not have gone more smoothly or professionally.
