Showed up a little early, found the lid fast and dug it up right away. Less than an hour to have everything pumped out of septic. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the system and how to properly care for it. Having them come back out to put riser lid on.

Thank you so much LaPew for pumping my septic tank out. Had an appointment all set but upon uncovering the tank found it needed to be done sooner. You guys fit me in and I truly appreciate it. Plus the guys filled the hole back in. Thank you thank you !!!

First of all I would like to say that they were very helpful and quick to make appointments and to come to the house on a very bad and rough weather day. I get it that he had to set up on a very frigid and snowfilled day. However only part of the tank was accessed so it wasn't completely pumped out plus it didn't really solve the problems that we were having so I had to have another company come in and finish the job. Echoing many of the other reviews - great service. The company is absolutely not trying to pull one over on customers, but to be a good business partner and service provider. The tech diagnosed a difficult problem and made a good plan to fix it at reasonable price.
