We went for open play last Friday and had such a great experience! The place was so clean and tidy. It didn't smell like harsh cleaners either. We felt safe letting our toddler play without worry of catching something. Since they sanitize after each session. We liked how there was enough room to walk with him around the play areas. Our daughter loves La Petite Playhouse! We had her 2nd bday here and it was perfect! As a host I actually had time to play, socialize, and enjoy the event rather than run around stressing. The staff here is polite and helpful! Thank you to Daisy, Stephany, and Sarah for making our experience so pleasant. We also enjoyed that the bday parties are private and they do a great job sanitizing. They do everything from set up (decorations/food) to clean up and help you unload/load your car. I’m really disappointed with our experience today. We visited this indoor playground excited to let our kids play, but were turned away because one of my children could not wear socks due to a documented sensory issue related to autism. I completely understand the importance of sanitation policies, but I was surprised that there was zero flexibility, accommodation, or even willingness to have a conversation about possible alternatives.
