I’m really disappointed with our experience today. We visited this indoor playground excited to let our kids play, but were turned away because one of my children could not wear socks due to a documented sensory issue related to autism. I completely understand the importance of sanitation policies, but I was surprised that there was zero flexibility, accommodation, or even willingness to have a conversation about possible alternatives. We had taken our daughter to a few Open Play sessions at La Petite and she liked it so much that she wanted to have her 5th birthday party here. We booked the private birthday party a few months in advance as the slots gets booked up pretty quickly. As expected, my daughter and her friends had an amazing time at the party.
