Jan is so much fun to work with! Not only are her award-winning cakes absolutely divine, but she can even saber champagne at the wedding! At first I absolutely loved working with Jan. However after my wedding I believe I have honestly changed my mind. I paid an upwards of $800 for my cake and the sabering. The issues first arose when I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted and figured the cake maker might have the ability to give me some direction.
