While looking for a baker in the Columbus Westerville area, I came across Jan Kish’s website and was suitably impressed. Her work and skill spoke for itself, and in LARGE VOLUMES. At first I absolutely loved working with Jan. However after my wedding I believe I have honestly changed my mind. I paid an upwards of $800 for my cake and the sabering. The issues first arose when I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted and figured the cake maker might have the ability to give me some direction. Haven't even gotten to the point of doing the consult. Not sure what happened. I was in coms with someone there via text, and all of a sudden it was giving off strange vibes. Not sure if she was drunk, communicating with someone else, or if was getting homophobic. I'd be very weary about starting business as this was very unprofessional on their end, ans both my partner and I are very uncomfortable with this exchange.
