My baby has been attending LaPetite Olive Branch for about 3 months and the people have been great. Any time there's a concern, the assist me with love and patience. Melissa, Tiffany, and Toni are great! All the infant teachers are pretty good. There's been some turnover recently, but so far the new teachers are good as well.
Our family loves La Petite Academy off West Chatham street in Cary! We love the updates that we get for our children, the long term teachers, and the about of activities that the teachers do with our children- and the engagement throughout the center! They sure do have some happy children! I have toured many centers in the area- including the other Cary La Petite and we absolutely love this center!!!! Our daughter was in the care of this facility for 8 months too long! She was switched from classroom to classroom without any notification so I would show up to drop her off and not know where her cubby or belongings were, let alone have time to meet her new teacher OR get info on changes of tuition rates. SEVERAL times I was told my account would be adjusted due to not needing to attend or being sick (I was told if I called in the morning to let them know my child wouldn't be there I would be credited 1/2 the day, NOT!). DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!! Deemed a "five star daycare" with one star service. The retention rate for your child's caregivers at this center is so high I didn't know sometimes who was actually watching my child. I could tell you some really shady stories from our nearly year and a half at this center, but the icing on the cake and reason we inevitably took our child out was my 1 year old's arm was broken during the day and I have no idea how. My son has been attending La Petite on W Chatham for the last year and 4 months (He is 18 months now) and we absolutely LOVE this daycare center. The teachers truly care about these children and it shows! I love the fact that I can get Precious Status updates. There's no sheet at the end of the day. I know what he's doing right when he's doing it. Plus, they send pictures (which melt my heart) on a daily basis. I cannot recommend this center enough. My child will be going here as long as possible!
My 6 yr old daughter has been going there since she was 6 months. There has been very little turnover in the exceptional staff of caring loving individuals. I love all of their patience, structure and nurturing ways. We have moved into Kindergarden in another city but visit now and again. I would recommend this spot for your kids to spend their time too. My son has been at La Petite in Durham since he was 6 months old. The staff has been wonderful, so caring and attentive to his needs. He loves to come to school every day and I know that the teachers and administrative staff love having him there!
Growing up in Apex in the early 90's my single mother needed an affordable daycare that could care for infants at 15 weeks (me). She enrolled me and my sister into La Petite Academy since it catered to her needs. I grew up in this facility with my sister starting in 1993 and leaving in early 2001 to move onto a year round program. I haven't been to the facility since 2002 but it was updated at that point and usually by the instructors themselves.
