DO NOT DOOR DASH HERE. I picked it up and had so many issues. Running out of something happens. Having to repeatedly ask for them to initiate a refund while Joe, “a manager”, stood there making snarky comments and antagonizing a customer for 10 minutes was the problem. Portion- small. Taste- mid. Would never order again. Not worth the money at all. You're better off getting Italian from a pizza shop. Even without cheese as requested, the quality and presentation did not match the price.
We stayed overnight and not only was the wood fired pizza and gnocchi outstanding but if you can be there for the lunch & brunch on Sunday - get the Italian mozzarella scramble on toast! Ahhhmmmmazing, goes fabulous with a Hugo Spritz!
i have no idea what happened tonight but the service was so rude. i don't know if they assumed we, as guests, were poor? or if they were intolerant of others' races? we were absolutely not attended to and felt almost embarrassed. they ignored us for most of our time. we couldn't get refills, couldn't get butter. the pizza had 4 leafs of basil and were rotten. others were served before us. no ice. i am very disappointed and was looking to have a good night. we immediately left because of the service. i'm not even going to get... read more
