I’ll let the experience speak for itself: (Mind you this is only my second booking with this salon.) I booked an appointment 4-5 days in advance for Sunday @9:00am in prep for my graduation. Received several confirmations via text. The day of the appointment comes and I show up at 8:50 am ready for my appointment with the owner. No one shows.
