Incredibly Unprofessional I made an appointment several days before but they canceled on me last minute at 10:30 PM evening, the next morning I got the message. I called them to please call me to reschedule. They never called me back. I feel something is NOT right. It also could be that they didn’t like me because my name was different.
I had the BEST girls this day past weekend and the icing on the cake was the facial at LA Peau. As soon as I walked in the building there was this wonderful eucalyptus scent that filled the air, the building is gorgeous and feels luxurious as you walk in the massive doors and up the staircase. I can’t rave enough about this place! Everything about La Peau is absolutely amazing. Their new location is in a prime location and is in the most beautiful building! Their space is very well thought out & is clean, fresh, modern & very relaxing. They now offer a relaxation room where you can sip on a beverage of choice in a cozy robe before or after your treatment. Their staff is knowledgeable & the owner, Aimee is a doll! Pretty classy joint. Conveniently located for me, great vibe and friendly people working there. I got my back waxed and I’m a total baby but the girl who waxed me was great! I’m sure I’ll be back again.
Love this spa for a true experience of relaxation and treating yourself. A great escape in Fresno! Complimentary wine or tea with your massage and option to wear robe and hang out in their lounge. Love going to their pop ups and parties.
