I took my daughter for her first waxing experience, a full arm. Connie was AMAZING, so gentle and reassuring both before and during the session. The after care was equally as amazing with Connie checking in the next day to make sure everything was OK. I highly highly recommend!

What a disappointment. My 15 yr old daughter was given a voucher for her birthday. Connie’s manner is very abrasive and made myself and my daughter feel uncomfortable. For example when I was looking at a poster advertising that if you left a google review that you could go into the draw to win products that were listed (no other terms etc were listed) she told me ‘that is not for you.
