Jenna in the Las Cruces Perches - La Paz, location went above and beyond. After having his body 1 day short of a month, the El Paso Perches location informed me they weren’t going to complete the cremation of my father in time for me to fly his remains home. When Jenna learned of the situation, she worked with her team and met me at 11pm to provide me his remains in time for my flight the next morning. Our loved one passed away in early March, 2021. Due to the State of Texas delays in Death Certificate filing it was seven weeks before everything was finalized. I would like to thank Jaime Aguilera, the funeral director at La Paz-Graham, for keeping my family informed of the steps and process. I had my Mother's (JoAnn Torres) Services at La Paz Graham's funeral home. Jaime Aguilera is the director. He was so supportive through the whole process. More than I and my family would ever imagine. He was humble and resourceful. Jaime did his very best to close the rift that had formed between some of my family, so we could come together and have a beautiful service for her.
