Best sandwich in the roaring fork valley. Exactly what we needed. Ingredients are fresh, food is outstanding, and Marco is extremely kind and welcoming. Will definitely be returning to try more items. I had the Calabrese panini and cold A’ Siciliana blood orange soda 🤌🏻 Can’t beat it!
What a delightful new addition to Basalt!! Just grabbed a number of fun items to throw together a last minute Italian dinner - great selection of sauces, fresh and dried pasta, meats and cheeses, etc. Very warm and welcoming owners. 100% our new go-to gourmet shop! (And they cater, too!)
My husband and I took the pasta class. It was amazing! Aina is a great teacher. She shows you what to do then helps as needed. We made 3 different types of pasta to take home. But we did get to taste what we ate before we left. It was so good! Definitely a great family activity or date night.
