We took the Pasta Making Class with Aina and what a memorable experience!! She guided us through a delicious evening of learning how to make different types of pasta/ravioli, of which we got to dine on at the end. Spoiler, it was amazing! Aina was attentive and encouraging while giving us the space to learn and explore for ourselves. We can't wait to show off our new skills and sign up for the next class!
Food and products are a rarity in the valley, just like the people who own and run the place - absolutely amazing. Try it all but especially the sandwiches if nothing else, you won’t be disappointed. This will be a valley staple for many decades.

The pasta and sauces are made 100% from scratch with the finest ingredients from Italy. Our family of 6, ages 3-43, all enjoyed it! We also took her cooking class and she engaged with all the little ones and taught everyone to make homemade pasta and ravioli. Everyone loved it. Highlight of our summer trip to Aspen/snowmass! Highlight of my day to walk in to this amazing Italian deli and be greeted in Italian by the wonderful Marco. The panini is sooo good, fresh, authentic, healthy and delicious. The espresso is next level amazing. I will definitely be back soon and this will be my new go to spot in Basalt.
