If I could put a 0 out of 5 I would. I tried making an appointment for this Friday August 20th on Thursday online and were listed multiple stylist and times available to choose. Once on the confirmation page, I kept receiving a connection error with WIFI. I decided to call instead and spoke to an older lady.
