I strongly advise against moving to this property. Recently, units 4 and 14 were condemned by the city, and yesterday we were informed that the water supply will be shut off due to the building's maintenance team failing to stay current on utility bills. This raises concerns about the overall maintenance and management of the property. From a personal standpoint, our experience with management has been unsatisfactory. New management is awful. They showed up unannounced 2 different times for inspections and will let themselves into units if no one answers. They just changed the door code and did not tell us so we were locked out until a neighbor came down and helped. Steve is a piece of trash and I reported Vision Real Estate. 1.9 stars is far too many, cant wait to move out of here.

I lived here for two years, the laundry has never worked, the parking lot never got plowed, and cops were at my neighbors door at least once a week. I had to move out when they got new management, they weren't even aware that I lived there and I couldn't pay rent.

I lived here for three years and it was great until this year when they got new management. They raised the rent without improving anything, there's random inspections, and they enter without warning. So glad I found a new place and got out of this dump.
