Bad value and dirty property. Management is doing a poor job here.
Great value and clean property. New management has done a great job.
Vision real estate sucks but the new management isn’t much better. This is the type of housing that changes leasing agency every 5 years or less because no one in their right mind would willingly acquire this property. New management is fun and different in that they will run a leaf blower everyday right in the alleyway outside residents’ windows below bottom floor, effectively blowing dust into their rooms just for the sake of doing so. I strongly advise against moving to this property. Recently, units 4 and 14 were condemned by the city, and yesterday we were informed that the water supply will be shut off due to the building's maintenance team failing to stay current on utility bills. This raises concerns about the overall maintenance and management of the property. From a personal standpoint, our experience with management has been unsatisfactory.
