This Place Has Issues – The rent has gone up five times within a very short period of time. We started at $595, then we went up to $680, then to $735, then $745, then $765, now $795. That's a jump of more than $200 within ONE freaking year. And, if you were a tenant who had the misfortune of starting at the lower rates, you are now trapped with the higher one. You can research the rent increases online. As far as the maintenance goes, if your electricity goes out or you have water problems, you are screwed. Peace out.
don't live here. – The apartments themselves are dated in terms of features / fixtures. The shallow tubs are not really fit for a relaxing soak. Ok appliances. This place is noisy...you can hear your neighbors showering, closing doors, listening to music. The worst thing about this place is the security, or lack thereof. I've been here 8 months and in that time, someone tried to break into my apartment in the middle of the night. I was scared out of my wits and luckily the police arrived quickly.
