Receptionist very rude would rather just sit there and watch the lobby television than really help you and explain things to you. Was hoping to have our first child there but was warned by our doctor that this hospital is a pain in the ass to deal with. We wondered why the hospital looked so empty and after our experience we now understand because the customer service part of it sucks. It took more than 30 hrs. to get an ultrasound because the doctor forgot to issue the order. It took more than 24 hrs. to get a consultation requested by another doctor because the doctor "forgot" - the nurse's word, not mine - to visit my wife when he was on the floor (yet, his time was still on the bill at discharge!). Doctor ordered another test and kept my wife another night for it to be completed. But, she was discharged the following day before any of the doctors that had seen her had read the test results.
