I’ve been using the Mindbody app for many years and have always trusted it to book classes. I successfully booked a class at this studio through the app, received confirmation, and went there on time — only to be told by the woman at the front that they “don’t work with Mindbody anymore.” Yet, the studio still shows active classes and allows bookings through the platform. It was very disappointing — I made the effort to come all the way there, only to be turned away with a poor attitude. It felt like a complete waste of time... read more
