Chef Dana is fantastic! She helped coordinate everything and was super responsive and easy to work with. We hosted an event at one of our clients' offices, which was an awkward set up, but her staff made it easy. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. I will for sure use La Paella Chef again!!
