Absolutely shocking customer service. We ordered a pizza through Uber Eats, but the wrong pizza was delivered. I called the restaurant expecting them to help resolve the issue. Instead, I was told to contact the Uber driver - which isn't even possible once the delivery has been completed. When I called back, I spoke to the manager, whose attitude was incredibly rude, dismissive and argumentative from the start.
