Do not do business with them. The staff is unprofessional and will not communicate with you. I order 3 dozens of rosaries, paid in full. Was told she would call me when it was done, hopefully Tuesday if not Thursday the latest but she would call. Thursday came around and I did not get a call. Called and was told the rosaries I had paid for and in full, which she had assured me she had 3 dozens of, were not there and she could not find it. Called around 3, I was still at work. Avoid this place if you want to save yourself the headaches. I paid in full for the photo and video as they requested. It’s been 2 months they won’t reply to my texts they won’t answer my calls. I went in and they said Ana wasn’t in. Now I don’t even know if I will even get what I paid for. This is horrible service and they are wrong for this because I paid in full everything was paid for the week before the 15 per their requirements. No pierdan su tiempo con esta tienda. Y si ya están ahí no terminen de pagar hasta que les entreguen todo por que ya nomas pagan y los ignoran. Yo invertí en ellos casi todo, un total de casi $8,000. Trabajan con personas de mala calidad, no respetan horarios, no se comunican entre ellos y mucho menos al cliente. Salen con cada mentira. Fue una experiencia desagradable para un día tan especial. No se los recomiendo así fueran la única opción.
