Excellent customer service and Beautiful products

The flowers were pretty. The presentation was pretty also. But they arrived Days late. They were ordered my by husband who was out of town, for me for my birthday and they arrived late because of a mix up. You can imagine how upsetting that would make anybody. Instead of Monday October 20th, they arrived Wednesday 22nd at noon. No excuses. If there is a mix up, you need to find a way to fix it. Because saying there was a mix up, here is your flowers days later, is not the answer.
