Hermosa atención recomendable
Harris Health System need to improve the answering service. The time patients have to wait on the phone line to schedule or reschedule an appt is terrible. Please note; this review is ONLY for the customer service answering the calls. What the problem might be?? Maybe they are just not responding, working too slow or they are just too busy and need additional assistance. On the other side, I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I receive from the personal in the clinic. Thank you!!
