I called around 3:40pm to confirm if I could come in to register a car, knowing the office closed at 4pm. I was told to come and assured they could assist me. After arriving and providing all of my documents, I was informed they could not complete the service because the system was already shut down. This was very disappointing and felt like a waste of time, especially since I had confirmed beforehand. A business should communicate clearly if they are unable to process requests close to closing time.
