This was my first time trying a nail salon after years of going to my regular place. My old place was full and short staffed so couldn’t take me today, so I searched and found this awesome place!! Amazing customer service, the owner is very kind, polite and respectful. He was making sure all were accommodated and taken care of. He even helped me with my nail color. The tech was very patient and experienced. Overall a very nice and amazing experience. Will come back for sure !!!
It was the worst experience of my life, and she clearly had no experience. It was my first time ever feeling pain while getting my nails done. She over-filed them in such an extreme way that they became as thin as paper. I’ve never seen anyone use that technique before. I kept telling her to stop, that it was enough, but she insisted on filing more, as if she was intentionally trying to break my nails. This was my very first time getting a manicure and pedicure, and La Noir Nail Spa did an absolutely amazing job! The staff was so welcoming and professional, and they made me feel comfortable the whole time. I decided to go with a French tip, and it turned out beautiful—better than I imagined! My nails look clean, classy, and perfect. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend La Noir Nail Spa for anyone looking for top-notch nail care!
Terrible quality and service. I went on a Sunday after seeing good reviews—by Monday, one nail chipped from the top, not the tip. By Thursday, several more chipped and a few even broke down to the skin. When I called, they told me to come in, but at the appointment they insisted it had been 10 days (it hadn’t even been a full week). They “fixed” them, but the exact same thing happened again. Hands down the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Do not recommnd.
