I went in and requested and PAID for hybrid lashes. I received classic lashes. The owner reached out to me over the phone and explained her technician messed up after reviewing the photos of my lashes, and I could come back and have the same technician “try again.” I explained I wasn’t comfortable with someone inexperienced continuing to play with my eyes.
