My fiancee and I were really hoping to have a tour of the venue, and our initial communications with Kelsey appeared promising. Kelsey unfortunately reported a family emergency, and we agreed to reschedule. We've been unable to get her to reply to an email or phone call since after trying to give her some additional time to manage the issue. We had the pleasure of using La Navona for our special day last weekend! Kelsey, Charmaine, MaryKate, the cooks, and the staff were all exceptional. The decor was gorgeous, food was DELICIOUS! I had so many people tell me that was the best good they've had at a wedding, ever! All of the staff treated me, my new husband, and our family and friends as if they had known all of us for years and this was just a family reunion they were hosting. La Navona was #1 on my list of venues for my wedding. Unfortunately, after reaching out multiple times and trying to schedule a tour to see the venue and potentially book for my 2027 wedding ceremony and reception, I have decided to take this venue off my list.
So my wedding was in October 2023 and I really wanted to like La Navona. Never again. When I found the venue it looked beautiful and it seemed like a one-stop-shop for wedding needs. However once we were committed and couldn't get out (there is not cancellation refund of any kind) the red flags kept coming without end. Every step of the process (from our initial tour and decision-making, to the planning over the months, last-minute meetings, rehearsal, and the wedding day itself) was handled with professionalism, care, and true attention to detail.
