An amazing gym with a great vibe and culture. 100% recommended. I attend 5am classes mostly. It’s the best way to start the day, everyday and I feel stronger now than I did 10 years ago.
A great gym!! The trainers are patient & unassuming.. They welcome fitness levels from all walks of life & have a friendly atmosphere. The classes are always changing & challenging.. often working in a group environment to push each other. They have helped me towards my goals and motivated me to push my limits. I highly appreciate the team & recommend them
It’s has been amazing to be apart of a family friendly environment! I have never done CrossFit before and people continue to up lift each other, and having each others back! I couldn’t remember this gym enough! 🫶🏽🫶🏽
I was a girl who had never lifted a barbell. Now I’m always learning new skills, challenging myself in for pbs and even being given opportunities to represent the gym in competitions! 5am is a vibe and I’ve never come across owners who work harder for their crew than Bec and Aug.
Without a doubt the best gym going around! The trainers actually care about you! Bec and Aug are extremely knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging! They motivate you to keep going and do things you never thought possible!. No session is the same so you never know what you are going to get! Challenging yet rewarding! And the members are the nicest most supportive bunch going around - wouldn’t want to spend my 5am any other way!
