RUDE RUDE RUDE I had never been to LA Nails in Waterloo before..daughter had been there a few times so I went with her. Neither of us had ever had a pedicure before. Even with our appointment..we had to wait half an hour. There are half a dozen manicurists working..and they are a little hard to understand.
