I read the reviews and decided to give this place a chance even though the bad reviews were pretty bad. My experience was awful. Do NOT go to this place. I scheduled an appointment online and selected a deluxe spa pedicure so I could get the callous removal, mud mask and massage. When I arrived I was hurriedly checked in and only asked if I wanted gel or regular polish. Assuming my appointment told them what I wanted, I didn’t press to see the menu. Big mistake. I have been going to LA Nails for the last 6 months and have seen many different technicians and have never been disappointed. They check in multiple times through the process to ensure it is what I want. I have also taken my daughter and mom and they too have had positive experiences with very nice staff. Excellent service and the best nail salon in town. Highly recommend.
