Since I can't respond to the owners response to my first review I'll just make a new one. I didn’t expect cheap prices — I’ve paid well over $100 for my nails before. What I do expect is quality that matches the price. I’ve never had to pay extra just for matte polish or long nails anywhere else. My issue isn’t the cost, it’s that the service and final result didn’t reflect what I paid for.
They suck. For being called L.A nails they sure don't do a good job at nails like LA does. My nails came out terrible. Most definitely wouldn't recommend this place to nobody.
Avoid this place at all cost.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I came in expecting a professional service, but the final result was far from acceptable. My nails were uneven, the shaping was sloppy, and the polish application was rushed and messy. I pointed out issues during the appointment, but they were either ignored or poorly “fixed,” making the end result worse.
