We showed up for an appointment my mother-in-law had booked, but the salon said they had no record of it. They didn’t make any effort to check into it, and even though the place was completely empty, they wouldn’t try to work us in. Instead of helping, they just focused on repeating that nobody ever called, which came off as pretty rude. We looked back at her calls and know she called the place. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care at all about keeping a customer. Not great customer service.
Professional, relaxed environment, family owed business I highly recommend! You haven't had a great pedicure until you come to Nina for her excellent foot & leg massages!!!
Walked in for a fill in and toe polish. The prices on the do not reflect the price I was charged. Very nice staff but idk how I walked out paying $85 plus tip for the services i received. I was too busy to ask but I won’t be going back.
My MIL and aunt always come here, have been coming here for over 2 decades. I came in for a simple manicure - it was done so quick and proficiently, I love Tony and his family. They are so comforting and accommodating, and incredibly clean - 10/10 will always recommend. All’s I have to say about any recent poor reviews, is that good customers get even better service! 🙂 I <3 LA Nails: Lewisville.
