They are incredibly sweet, friendly. I honestly haven’t experienced any of the negative things that others have mentioned here. My visit was smooth, enjoyable, and I left feeling very happy with the service. I truly recommend this nail shop to anyone looking for a warm and positive experience

I had set up the 1st appointment of the day. I was getting a full set of acrylic and my daughter was getting a pedicure. Having never been in before was not sure what a full set included and mortified that the pedicure only let 22 minutes!! So fast forward I had to tell my nail tech. TWICE that I was there for a full set of acrylic and it took over 1 1/2 hours. I can honestly say I will never go back to this establishment!!!

We have come to LA Nails now and then over many years (10+), and I've hesitated to share about our more recent experiences. What we witnessed needs awareness and needs to be addressed by LA Nails staff. I went in to LA Nails to purchase a gift cert for my daughter. While there I witnessed a little boy, maybe 6 or so sitting with his iPad, being yelled at across the room by the "salon matriarch" over nothing in particular. He was just sitting there quietly. I’ve been driving 45 min to go here for a few years now! I discovered when I first went, the owner used to do my nails at her previous business & I went there for years as well! I typically get a French pedi a couple times a year, occasionally do a mani… but they are the best place for acrylics around!
