Even the bathroom in this place looks very nice and clean.I got to go and have my pedicure with my girlfriend next to her.So we could sit and chat.How cute was that
I used to be a regular customer until my nail tech messed up my nails so bad a n=manager had to be called to fix it, and even she didn't take them off or start over. It was a 2.5 hour appt to fix it, and no one offered money off. This was years ago now. I went back a few weeks ago after seeing they rebranded and expanded. Got the same treatment. Awful experience. Would not recommend. I was there for over 3 HOURS. Insanity. Person doing my pedicure did not put full effort in. My manicure took the longestttt, Dove was extremely rude and got mad at me and yanked my hands multiple times when I asked her to fix the paint that was uneven on my nails. Still paid full price for awful service. I cannot justify that. Management has done nothing!!!!!!!! I will be telling everyone I know to not come here and I will NOT be returning myself.
