I had a gel medi and pedi with okay service. I informed the tech who took care of me that my mother would be coming in later. When my mother went to pay with the my card that I used there 2 hours earlier the lady at the front stated my card wasn’t working after she put the chip in 3 times and then swiped. She stated it was my card in a way as if I didn’t have the funds. My mom called me and I asked what was the machine saying because I know it’s not declining in regards to funds. I had a 1:00 appointment. I was seated at 1:05. At 1:45 I asked what was the problem, as people after me were being serviced with pedicures. I was told they did not have enough techs to do a full set 😳 When I replied, but I had an appointment she didn’t apologize and I asked if I would be getting a discount and they replied no. NEVER have I experienced this type of service. I will never visit again and would NEVER recommend them.
Worst customer service that I have ever received!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Charged for removal of gel polish but never was charged in the past. Anybody else be charged 3$ to 5$ for removal of gel polish
