Booking an appointment is pointless when you have to wait 30-40 minutes anyways…for your own appointment. Kinda excusable once or so but this has happened every time I come here. I book an appointment for a reason. Especially when I had to come back today for a 10 minute fix. I just walked out.
Great nails. Horrible experience with the online booking- adding appointments to my account I didn’t make, and then getting cancellations fees the time I didn’t notice.
Kaitlin saved me for my wedding!! The cleanest, nails. So detail oriented, my only regret is not coming in sooner. Highly recommend her and this salon
Overall, all of the nail techs are amazing and I’ve always been happy with my nails. My only issue has been with the customer service when walking in. I’ve been here a few times now, and sometimes the staff doesn’t seem very welcoming or friendly toward me, but I’ve noticed a noticeable difference in how certain other customers are treated. They’re greeted much more warmly, offered water, and seem to receive a more accommodating level of service.
