I recently traveled back to Calgary and wanted to share my experience from last weekend. I was feeling insecure about my appearance, and Elana really helped me. She honestly showed me which outfits worked and which didn’t. I later realized she was the supervisor, as she was guiding her team. When I was cashing out, I teared up and expressed how much the experience meant. Highly recommended this store!
I love shopping at La Muse on Bayview as their fashions are current and there is something for women of all ages. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. I was just recently in the store and had such a great experience with Solamiaa that I just had to share. Do not shop here! I had a terrible customer experience with the store manager. I purchased a pair of Jeans which I tried to exchange for a longer style. They refused to let me exchange the jeans as there was no tag on them but that is exactly how I purchased them. My daughter recalled that the salesgirl had to grab another pair of jeans in order to scan the code. First time I visited the boutique La Muse and sure won't be the last. Beautiful boutique with a variety of brands coming from different places of Europe and not only. Sustainable fabrics, all day wear, variety of accessories (loved the Canadian made ones)reasonable prices. Impacable service, amazing team of ladies with positive attitude and great vibes.
