Desirée did my hair and makeup as well as the makeup of my bridal party. As someone who doesn’t wear makeup, I was a bit nervous about wearing makeup on my wedding day and not looking like myself. Desirée is extremely talented and does an incredible job of applying makeup that gives a natural look while simultaneously highlighting individual features. Desiree is fantastic! I have such fine, thin hair and I was worried that my hair wouldn’t look full from my experience at a hair trial with a different artist but she absolutely delivered a a timeless updo that never fell flat and gave the illusion that my hair was fuller than it is. She made room for me on her schedule last minute and while I know that’s never preferable for an artist, it was very much appreciated by me. She ALSO did my mother’s hair and makeup and it was fabulous. Thanks Desiree!! <3
Desiree was AMAZING! She was flexible enough to come to the Airbnb that we decided we needed to get ready at for my wedding morning. She got along with everyone, calmed my nerves (as the bride) and just made me feel like such a bride!! I was in love with my makeup and hair. I highly recommend her!
I hired Desiree to do my hair and makeup for my wedding day and it turned out amazing. I got so many compliments on how great it all looked. She listened to me and made all the changes I wanted after my trial and made me feel so beautiful while also still feeling like myself. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!
I drive 45 minutes one way to go to this salon, Desiree is the best! My curly hair presents some challenges and she is always spot on with how she cuts, styles and colors my hair. Plus she is kind and warm and makes the whole experience one of ease. I highly recommend her especially if you have curly hair!
