LA Movement has been a total game changer for me since having kids. Initially regaining strength and fitness and now feeling stronger than I was before kids all in such a supportive environment. The LA community is fun and inclusive, I’ve made awesome new gym friends! It helps with the motivation to get to the gym to see their smiling faces. Loved the postnatal program at LA Movement! It’s such a baby- and child-friendly space, which made all the difference. Larn was amazing—so supportive and even helped with my baby when he was unsettled so I could finish my workout. I’m excited to continue my fitness journey here—love the range of classes and the flexible times. Highly recommend!
This gym is sooo inspiring, encouraging + balanced between a good time + move the body for the stronger, fitter destination you are chasing! Larn + the team are dedicated, passionate + make this space soo good to train + learn. It's been so good to be apart of this gym, such good vibes, + an ongoing challenge to kick you along.
Joining this gym has been the best decision I have made for myself in a long time! After having 3 children, the idea of returning to exercise was overwhelming. Larn has created an incredibly supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable - including the kids! The variety of classes keeps things exciting, and the trainers are not only knowledgeable but genuinely invested in everyone’s progress. I’m so grateful for the community here and can’t imagine my life without it now!
We couldn’t recommend Little Ninjas more! We had tried multiple activities for our two daughters before trying Ninja & this has been the best by far. Larn and the team are so supportive and have seen the girls confidence and ability grow so much. Thank you
