I go to Anne to touch up my hair every few months and she does it perfectly each time. She listens and really puts in an effort to have the outcome be what the customer wants. Very patient, caring, and humorous. If you are going to her for the first time, she is just one person and has many customers, so just be patient and expect to wait before your turn on the chair.
