Horrible !! My hair was down to my butt asked for max 4-5 inches off in the beginning and came out with my hair a couple inches below my chin not at all what we talked about in the beginning didn’t ask me not once about the length she showed me my hair before paying and the chair is set up at an angle which makes it look longer in the mirror got in the car and cried at the mess I seen in the car mirror been here multiple times same person never again !
