Phenomenal customer service! We were treated very kindly, and we were given the best attention to our needs. We could not be happier with our rings! George is very approachable and is very knowledgeable of the trade. I was even unsure of what style I wanted my wedding band to be, and he helped me fine tune what I like for myself. He works efficiently, and in a timely manner (as our wedding date was rather close.) I will always go back for anything I need in the future!
George is a true “gem”! I go to see George quite often for all of my jewelry repairs. He has restrung pearls and antique glass Murano bead necklaces for me. In addition, George has reworked jewelry to masterfully create new rings and pendants. I went to LaMirage for an engagement ring knowing nothing about the process. George took the time to educate me on diamond quality and helped me select a band based on my fiancé’s preferences. George was also very straightforward with pricing and respectful of my budget. We could not be happier with the ring we ended up purchasing and would recommend LaMirage and George to anybody in the market for jewelry.
My brother and sister have been going to George for years. They raved so much that when visiting my sister from California I brought my jewelry to be sized/fixed/etc. It's a really comfortable space and both George and Gladys are so helpful and nice, as well as trustworthy and honest. They both listened to me when I said I tend to bang into things/I'm not easy on my jewelry and provided guidance based on that.
