The good: It's cheap, most units have a real garage, they accept pets. The bad: Swamp coolers, wall mounted gas heat, ancient former base housing, full of cockroaches - like they get in your hair at night. I lived here for two years. Both of my immediate neighbors were decent. The place across the street had 20 people living in it and they were always drinking hard and taking up parking. There used to be a pool in the common area. Looks like it got filled in with concrete.
Management makes things smooth. Much better management than other places in Ridgecrest where I have lived. They put orders in the same day and get things fixed quickly. The place is clean. Recommend living here.
Love the Place! Recently moved in and have had no problems and love being in this community.
Great Place to live and the staff are super supportive all around! Rooms are comfortable and clean.
