Nice apartment complex. Recently needed something fixed in my apartment and they did it within a couple of hours. I was impressed with how quick they are to respond. Highlights: Quiet, clean, good amenities, good location.
Have been living here 4 years. Nice community and good managers. It's been a pleasant experience.
The worst place we have ever rented. If you've ever rented from a scumlord you can bet they'll be worse. They have absolutely no respect for their tenants privacy they'll drive by and stare in several times a day. And even though that's not technically illegal it is harassment, there's just not enough room to put everything down and it's only been 3 years.
The good: It's cheap, most units have a real garage, they accept pets. The bad: Swamp coolers, wall mounted gas heat, ancient former base housing, full of cockroaches - like they get in your hair at night. I lived here for two years. Both of my immediate neighbors were decent. The place across the street had 20 people living in it and they were always drinking hard and taking up parking. There used to be a pool in the common area. Looks like it got filled in with concrete.
