Terrible place to live. Absolutely the worst leasing experience I’ve ever experienced. Mostly because of the office workers. Treated poorly lack of urgency they will send you phone call to voicemail. I was charged for a renovated apartment with no renovations at all. The cabinets appeared to be placed back in 2005… 20 years ago. I had a tour with Logan today and I have to make this review because he's a trooper. The sky opened up out of nowhere and I needed to get home before the streets were too flooded. By the time we made it back from the gym to the office, poor Logan was absolutely soaked. He is also extremely dedicated to doing an excellent job. Bianca was also just so sweet and knowledgeable and I hope to be able to be coming back sooner rather than later.
I lived here for two years and kept the apartment clean, following all move-out instructions before leaving. Despite this, I was charged a $75 carpet cleaning fee ($25 per room), although we never wore shoes inside and had no pets or stains. When I questioned the charge, the assistant manager just repeated company policy with no willingness to discuss or resolve. The communication felt robotic and unhelpful. I do not recommend this place if you expect fair treatment or accountability during move-out.
My friend lived here for 3 years, and wanted to leave this review for others. “Let me state that there are really great maintenance staff and I don’t think any of these issues was their fault. Lived on a bottom floor unit with tenants above me on and off throughout my time here. Multiple times my bathroom and my closet flooded, we called the emergency maintenance line and got nothing for DAYS. Actual days, sometimes over 5 days. I was a resident for about 8 years. From time to time, they'd assure me that the maintenance and other issues were due to the "old management," but the issues persist through early 2025. They ultimately scheduled, but no-showed, a move-out inspection and dodged contact about a vague, but not inexpensive, complaint. If you choose to do business with them, log any interactions with Jamar or Rhonda to protect yourself later.
