My experience with Veronica the service coordinator was extremely subpar. We hosted our son’s 16th birthday and had an amazing time with the rest of the staff. Now, with efforts to plan our son’s 1st birthday we got every excuse in the book as to “why” something wouldn’t work. There’s was no effort to “coordinate”, as her title would suggest, and for the life of me I hate for someone to not have pleasant customer service.
